听力原文：Man: When most couples marry, they may discuss some things in advance, like how many children they want to have or where they want to live, but most of the day-to-day details and problems of married life are worked out after marriage. Not so with Bob and Jane, who have a fifteen-page marriage agreement that states the rules they must follow in almost every part of their married life. Today, we have invited Jane, the wife to share with us their unique style. in marriage. Jane, first I'd like to ask why you two decided to write this unusual agreement, You've both been married before, am I right？
Woman: Yes. I've been married once before, and Bob was married twice. In other words, we have some experience about what may go wrong.
Man: Ok, let's check out to see the details in your agreement. It seems you have consented to explicit job division in house chores, right？ You will be responsible for the shopping, cooking, and taking care of the garden, while Bob responsible for the laundry, cleaning the house, and car repairs.

Woman: Well, we disagree. We think it's very romantic. This contract shows that we sat down and talked, and really tried to understand the other person. A lot of problems occur in a marriage when people don't talk about what they want. When we disagreed about something, we worked out a solution that was good for both of us. I would much rather have Bob really listen to me and understand my needs than give me a bunch of flowers or a box of candy.
Man: As stipulated in the agreement, you will wait two years after marriage to start having children, three at a maximum. After the first child, the spouse who makes less money will stop working to take care of the children. Other people may feel that some of these rules sound like a business agreement, as a lot of them are concerned in some way with money, even the rules about having children talk about money.
Woman: In our experience, disagreements about money can cause a lot of problems in a marriage, so we talked about how we want to spend our money and put that in the agreement. For example, we each can spend up to $100 per week on whatever we want. To spend more than the upper limit, both of us must agree about what we will buy.
Man: What happens if one of you breaks a rule？
Woman: Well, that's in our agreement, too. In article 13: If you break a rule, you must apologize and do something nice for the other person to make up for it. To give an example, the other day, we were driving to a friend's wedding, and we got lost. We had already made clear in the agreement that in case of getting lost for more than 5 minutes, we will ask for direction. However, Bob said that he was sure he could figure it out. Los Angeles: Microsoft Corp. said it has signed a three-year, $250 million licensing agreement with China's Founder Technology Group Corp., part of an effort to strengthen the country's intellectual property fights. The agreement follows announcements between Microsoft and Chinese PC makers TCL Group and Tsinghua Tongfang Co. They allow the computer makers to sell PCs with pre-installed, licensed Microsoft Windows software. The issue of intellectual property fights has been very controversial in the negotiation between the governments of China and America, and there's mounting pressure from the US side to push China for better enforcement against piracy, especially in computer-related fields.
