Job Description Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following 1. Carrying out research and data collection 2. Interviewing clients employees, management team and other stake holders 3. Running focus groups and facilitating workshops 4. Preparing business proposals/presentations 5. Spending the majority of time at the clients site Requirements 1. Professional and courteous manner 2. Experience working with multi-line phone systems 3. Excellent oral and written communication skills 4. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously 5.
