W: I think we can. Actually, I'm thinking less about the rent and more about the time we'll save getting to and from university.
M: Yes. We've both got part-time jobs, so we won't have any financial difficulties. We'll just save a little less, that's all.
W: What do you think of the landlady？ She seems OK to me.
M: Yeah, she seems fine. Let's ask her about the painting. We can offer to do it ourselves and pay for the paint. I don't see how she could object to that.
W: Are you any good at painting？
M: My middle name is Picasso!
