YesOthers present: Sheila Swanson, head of maths .The music band has been booked. They will start at 8 pm and play until midnight with two fifteen minute breaks. The price of $2,500 has been agreed.The tickets have been printed. They will be on sale starting next Friday.The principal has agreed to let the school secretary sell the tickets.The food still has to be discussed. Three outside catering firms have been asked for quotes.Local supermarkets will be asked for a quote for supplying soft drinks on a sale or return basis. How much the people coming to the summer party will be charged for the food and drinks can only be discussed when the quotes have been received.
