W: She is rather shy. Her name is Ella.
M: HeUo, Mary. I'm glad you came along too. Now, what exactly is your daughter's trouble？
W: I don' t know. She just tells me she feels sick.
M: Let me examine you, Ella. Open your mouth and say "Ah-" Hmm, very good, very good. Not sore throat, temperature normal, no fever.
W: She complains of a stomachache.
M: Any other symptoms？
W: No, but she's been crying a lot.
M: How long has this been going on？
