听力原文：Good morning and welcome. My name' s Keith Prentice and I've been asked to address the conference today on the subject of teamwork. " Top management team" is a phrase we hear day in and day out, but does it have a meaning？ Management executives don't work together in anything like the same way as a football team or a string quartet. These are real teams-people who work together with the same goal in mind. Executive boards are far more political, with at least as much conflict as cooperation. Their decisions are the result of many arguments, intensive bargaining and often bad-tempered compromises. But they work frequently in the complete absence of team spirit.

听力原文：On today's program, I'll talk to Morris Stevenson, whose first film excited the audience. He also received excellent reviews from numerous critics. I, personally, would also like to give two thumbs up to this one! It is unusual for a new filmmaker to receive so much attention after directing just one film, but clearly film critics feel he has a certain gift to create something. He's visiting the city this week to speak to students at Green Diamond film school, and we are fortunate he has added us to his busy schedule, and is spending time with us as well.
