正确引导青少年使用因特网
调查统计的结果表明目前我国上因特网人数的80%以上是青少年。青少年是道德观尚未完全形成的群体，最容易受到网络不健康现象的侵害,如有的学生因迷恋于网上游戏而影响学业；有的学生因热衷于网上聊天，结果错交网友；有的因沉醉于上网，患了“上网综合症”，严重影响身心健康；有的因好奇或为表现自己的网络技能而模仿“黑客”行为，触犯法律等。
因此，必须高度重视、切实加强对学生的网络道德教育，从道德角度引导学生正确认识计算机和网络的作用，提高他们对网络信息的辨别能力，树立正确的上网意识，培养健康的网上人格，做到正确应用计算机与网络知识，负责任地使用计算机与网络，自觉抵制因特网的负面影响。同时要倡导全社会关注青少年网络环境，荡涤网络不良现象，还青少年一个健康的积极向上的网络环境。
