According to the Negotiable Instruments Law of the People's Republic of China (2004 Revision)The liabilities of a bank entrusted with collection by the holder shall include but be not limited to transferring of the amount of the bill of exchange into the account of the holder in accordance with the particulars specified on the bill. The liability of the bank entrusted by the payer to make payment shallinclude butbe not limited to the payment of the sum of the bill of exchange from the payer's account in accordance with the particulars specified on the bill.
