An acquaintance sends me a link to a job which he thought would interest me.It appears to be on Monster.com (has the Monster logo, etc. ). When I click on the link to apply for it, I notice this URL in the “Address” bar -http://monster.example.com.Is it a True job offer?

At my favorite job site, I submit my resume for a job, with Google. Soon I receive an e-mail from a recruiter representing Google. He says that the company is very interested in me, but as part of their pre-screening process, he needs to do a reference check and a credit screening before any interviews are scheduled. So he wants me to send him an e-mail with my Social Security Number and the address of my last residence. His e-mail address is GoogleJobs@yahoo.com.Is it a True job offer?
