Do you love holidays, but hate the increase in weight that follows？ You are not alone. Holidays are times for splendid meals and celebrating.
With proper planning, it is possible to maintain normal weight during the holidays. Whether it is celebrating at the office party or sitting down for the traditional family dinner, approach(看待) eating as a time for tasting or sampling a variety of foods. Here are some tips to carry you through the celebrations and your social activities without feeling having done wrong.
