In the first category are the ethical problems raised by advances in brain structure & function, cognitive science, behavior science, functional neuroimaging, neurosurgery, psychiatry, psychopharmacology & neuropharmacology, brain implants, neurogenetics, neuropathology, & brain-machine interfaces.
