患者男性，68岁。因“头昏伴右侧肢体无力3个月余”入院。入院查体：体温36.2℃，心率80次/分，呼吸19次/分，血压116/71mmHg，意识清楚，言语清晰。双侧瞳孔等大等圆，直径3mm，对光反射灵敏。全身皮肤、巩膜未见黄染，全身浅表淋巴结未触及肿大。颈软，心、肺、腹部检查无明显异常。四肢活动可，肌张力正常，右侧上、下肢肌力5级，轻瘫试验（±）。生理反射存在，病理反射未引出。 门诊资料：颅脑MRI示左枕部约3cm×4cm×5cm大小占位性病变，周围水肿明显。注射Gd-DTPA增强剂后均匀强化。入院完善检查后进行手术治疗。患者取俯卧位，左枕部入路，形成约6cm×6cm大小的骨窗，剪开硬脑膜暴露肿瘤。探查见肿瘤约4cm×3cm×3cm大小，色灰白，质脆，血供丰富。肿瘤与脑组织有一相对边界，小心分离后将肿瘤分块切除。术毕标本送检。术毕印象：左枕叶占位性病变：疑似多形性胶质母细胞瘤、淋巴瘤。 在对该患者既往史的询问中最需要注意的是（）
