After he accepts the assignment of meeting tourists, the guide should check the date, time and place of their arrival.
On the day when the tourists arrive, the guide may not contact the sponsor travel service to confirm the arrival time, but he should inform the driver of the time and place.
The guide shold set aside enought time to make sure he arrives ahead of time. If the flight is overdue the guide can come back to the travel service.
