You should say:
--what the thing is and how you got it;
--why it is useful or important to you;
--if it is also important or useful to others and say how your life would be harder without this thing.
You will have to talk about the topic for one to two minutes. You have one minute to think about what you're going to say. You can make some notes to help you if you wish.
