(4)该厂新任会计主管张某，因公司业务需要出差中断会计继续教育，2008年继续教育时间实际只有20小时。
(5)出纳员周某除登记日记账、各种明细账外，兼任会计档案的保管工作；因特殊情况，周某请示财务主管，财务主管批准同意后将本单位的会计档案外借。
(6)该企业需要发放奖金18万元，但因故当天无法去银行取款。恰好单位当天有现金收入27万元，单位负责人遂擅自让会计人员从中先取出18万元发放奖金。
