To: Robin Collins<rcollins@watson.com> From: Priscilla Brown<pbrown@dudley.com> Date: February 19 Subject: Trade Show Preparation Dear Mr. Collins, I am the marketing manager at Dudley Electronics, Ltd. I hope you still remember me. We are planning to hold our trade show from March 10 to 13. Last year I booked the Chinar Hall room, where our sales staff offered 10 product demonstrations and information sessions. Approximately 800 people were in attendance at our events during the three days, with an average of about 85 people at each event. We are expecting even more visitors this year. Last year we invited participants to attend my presentations in Chinar Hall. However, I would like to reserve a different room this time. Despite the fact that our presentations were well received, it should have been more effective in a room that had better audiovisual capabilities. Generally, people responded positively to our sessions, but we did receive several participant surveys that indicated difficulty in hearing the presentations. We want to avoid that problem this time. I will call you with more details tomorrow. Thank you. Priscilla Brown
