I wanted to get fit, but I found it hard to get motivated and to set myself (1) _____________ (realistic/outline×ate) goals. It was too easy to get (2) _____________ (procrastinated/quoted/distracted) by friends when they asked me to go for a burger or go to the movies with them! So, I made a plan. I found a friend who also wanted to get fit and together we (3) _____________ (outlined/deadlined/affected) our fitness goals. Having a fitness buddy was great. It really helped me to (4) _____________ (break down×ick to/focus) on what I wanted to achieve. Now, things are much better. Not every day is perfect, and I’m still easily (5) _____________ (tempted/quoted/tasked) by an afternoon in front of the TV! However, I’m much closer to reaching my fitness goals.
