Internal summaries are the reverse of internal previews. Rather than letting listeners know what is coming up next, internal summaries remind listeners of what they have just heard.
Role Play 1. Suppose you are Miss. Tang. You are going to answer the phone from Mr. Peterson consulting about the claim lodged against your corporation.
