听力原文: President Clinton has renewed his attacks on the American tobacco industry, accusing it of using delaying tactics to block anti-smoking legislation. The US Congress is considering a bill which would place tight restrictions on tobacco advertising and impose penalties on tobacco companies if they continue to sell cigarettes to children.
