Beginning this Saturday September 27th, Elm Street will be closed for 2 weeks while it is being repaved. At this time, automobile traffic is prohibited along Elm Street from Lily Falls Park to the hockey arena. All stores and businesses in the area are accessible to pedestrian traffic while the work is being completed. We expect to reopen October 22nd. We apologize for any inconveniences this closure may cause. If you have any questions concerning the construction on Elm Street, please call the city planning office at 02-6665-3701.
