（三）Dear Mr. Paul, Well, I’ve just signed the lease(租约) and I’m opening my own radio and TV repair shop. Even though I haven’t finished half the course yet, the practical experience I had before I started and what I’ve learned from you folks so far makes me feel I can make a go of it.
