W: What about bedrooms?
M: Oh, there are two bedrooms--one big and one a bit smaller, but it's quite nice.
W: I see. So I'd have my own bedroom?
M: Yes.
W: Er, what about the rent? How much is it exactly?
M: Well, I pay thirty pounds a week.
W: Thirty pounds !
M: Yes, but I thought I would pay eighteen pounds and ask the other person to pay twelve. Because, you know, er, because I've got the big bedroom. That seems fair. Look, why don't you come round and see the about it over the phone.
W: Yes, may I come round and see it this afternoon? At about three?
M: Yes, do. Three would be fine for me.
W: OK. See you then.
M: Bye-bye.
