DAILY NEWS TODAY is seeking full-time Administrative
Assistants for our Advertising Department.
Proofreading administrative reports and editing business documents will be the most important and frequent tasks of the position. The job also involves answering phones, taking orders for advertisements and analyzing reports. Other duties will include organizing mailings, updating database, Internet research, photocopying, making travel arrangements, and day-to-day office tasks.
The candidates must have excellent organizational skills. Multitasking and computer skills are a must. The successful candidates must be able to use word processing software to create documents with two or more columns of text. It is absolutely crucial that the candidates are able to speak German fluently. Previous office experience preferred but not essential.

Tae-Chang is (147) preparing a quotation on the construction of the Royal Palaces, designed by a New York-based firm.
We would appreciate your quotation on the building materials. To minimize transportation (148) of this bulky material, we would prefer obtaining it from a licensed manufacturer or supplier in the region, but are unaware of any. Please advise us, if possible, about such companies including addresses and telex numbers, so that we can make the necessary inquires. (149) are the specifications for your reference. Your quotation should be submitted to us through your Seoul office no later than July 5.
