This year 300,000 more Chinese students will step out of universities compared with last year, but more of them are less anxious to get employed. College graduates have multiple choices now, including starting their own business, applying for higher degrees, etc. The number of college graduates who chose to start their business amounted to 200,000 in 2015, indicaing the strong momentum for mass entrepreneurship and innovation in universities. These changes also indicate a mindset shift of Chinese post-95s college graduates, who are more vigorous and innovative, willing to meet challenges and improve themselves at work.
Currently, more and more college students complain about the difficulty in finding a good job. The followings are the reasons causing the phenomenon. First, the college students spend most of their time in learning the major courses. Only when they start hunting for a job do they realize that they lack necessary professional training. Secondly, the competitions among students are getting more and more fiercely, which leads to smaller chances for them to find a job. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that college students spend some spare time in taking some part-time jobs to accumulate related working experiences.

Entrepreneurs are a driving force in upgrading China’s economy. Especially for the moment, our country is encouraging people to start their own businesses and make innovations and giving policy support for medium and small businesses. This further arouses young people’s enthusiasm to start their own businesses.
