听力原文: U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan abandoned efforts Wednesday to send a fact-finding mission to the Jenin refugee camp after Israel first gave a green light and then said the mission was biased. In a letter to the U. N. Security Council, Annan said the team would be disbanded on Thursday. Annan initially appointed the three-member team of fact-finders April 19 with the assurance of Israeli cooperation, but then ran into Israeli objections over the group's composition. 听力原文:W: I personally, um, do yoga when I'm really, really stressed. Sure, yoga helps me to just relax enough so that I can sleep properly during the night and that…then I get out of that cycle of not sleeping, and you know, not eating properly. That seems to help a little bit with me.
M: Well, not sleeping is the first thing that happens to me if I'm under stress. And it's only quite recently that I've realized that the best thing to do is not try to sleep. Urn, what I tend to do now is I get up and get a cup of tea, camomile tea rather than tea with caffeine or tannin in it. And I put on a video of something that's fairly lightweight and I will sit… But it's the same with all stress, really, you have to, as you say, accept that you are stressed and try and breathe deeply and be sensible. There's no point in worrying because it's not going to change anything and you have to try and think that way. It's easy to say that, it's easy to give advice, it's more difficult to actually do it. But I think I'm getting better at it.
W: One of the things that when you are stressful is you start breathing very shallow. You're not taking oxygen down into your body, panicking, you tighten up and you're taking little shallow breaths.
M: Heavy breathing… and deeper breaths. I think that's my sort of solution to my stress.
What is the conversation focused on?

A. The best way to do yoga.
B. The best way to cope with stress.
C. The best way to eat properly.
D. The ways to get to sleep.
